- Vehicle(s) will be shipment after confirmation of payment by our Japanese
Bank.
- Vehicle(s) will be shipment after confirmation of full payment.
- Vehicle(s) will be sent with first available ship.
- We need 5 working days for inspection of vehicle(s).
- All vehicles are fully inspected by our engineers/mechanics before shipment.
However, third party inspection by Japan Inspection Organization is offered at separate charges.
- We'll send Bill of Lading and other related shipping documents with speed
courier FedEx or EMS.
- To avoid fraudulent attemps, we do not accept payment by credit card or
cashier cheque.
- We do not issue invitation letter or guarantee letter for visa purpose.
- First time customers, please verify our company by JAFO "Japan Anti Fraud Organization" for your satisfaction.
- Special 2% discount is offered on bulk purchase of used cars (10 or more
cars at a time).
- Special 2% discount is offered for used Japanese cars to diplomats, United Nations staff, Doctors and Scientists.
- Japan has a firm non-nuclear weapons policy, with the Three Non-Nuclear
Principles of "non-possession", "non-production", and
"non-introduction" of nuclear weapons. Therefore, special 2%
discount is not available for nuclear weapon scientists.
- Buyer must be 18 years old or over to purchase a vehicle.
- 17 years old or younger can buy used or new Japanese car through their parents.
- An official receipt will be issue after confirmation of payment.
- Complete list of specifications and features will be provided before purchase, and no claim about the feature(s) or specs will be accepted after the vehicle(s) shipment.
- All payments are not refundable.
- Vehicle(s) once sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
- We can supply spare parts only for those vehicle(s) purchased from us.
- To avoid risk of "new vehicle fraud" we will provide "New Vehicle Verification Certificate" with all new vehicle(s).
- To avoid risk of "stolen car" we will provide "Non-Stolen Vehicle Verification Certificate" with all vehicle(s).
