| USED CAR IMPORT STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE | |
| Step 01 | You will select a vehicle from our used Japanese cars stock list. |
| Step 02 | You will Send us stock number of your interested vehicle. |
| Step 03 | We'll send you confirmation by Email that your interested car is still available. |
| Step 04 | You will send your full name, full address and telephone number by E-mail. |
| Step 05 | We'll then issue proforma invoice with our account details. |
| Step 06 | You will send payment by wire transfer to our Japanese Bank. |
| Step 07 | After confirmation of payment by our Bank, we'll send official e-receipt to you by Email. |
| Step 08 | The vehicle will go to our inspection department for final inspection. This will take up to five (5) working days. |
| Step 09 | After inspection, the vehicle will be transported to our shipping agent. |
| Step 10 | Our shipping agent will ship the vehicle with first available vessel to your seaport. |
| Step 11 | After sailing of ship from Japan, we'll send you original bill of lading and other shipping documents by speed courier. |
| Step 12 | Shipping company's office address and telephone number in your city will be printed in Bill of Lading. You can contact the shipping company by phone or can visit their office for more information and the delivery of vehicle. |
| How to protect against car selling scams & frauds | |
| 1 | Always verify contents of bill of lading copy that seller/exporter in Japan has sent to you for receiving balance payment, using “BL verification in Japan by authentic organizations or any other relevant agency. |
| 2 | Always verify contents of copy of “vehicle export certificate” that seller/exporter in Japan has sent to you for receiving payment. Buyer/importer can verify using “vehicle export certificate verification in Japan” by authentic organizations or any other relevant agency. |
| 3 | Use a reliable inspection agency in Japan like Japan Inspection Organization or any other inspection agency for physical inspection of vehicle before sending money. |
| 4 | Strictly ask the seller/exporter if their company is verified by Japan Anti Fraud Organization. Also ask for copy of their company registration document even in Japanese language, and verify the contents by Japan Anti Fraud Organization (JAFO) or Japan Inspection Organization (JIO) or any other relevant agency in Japan. |
